Binging 

* Try not to binge

* Chewing up your food will make it easier to purge

* Drinking a lot of water will make purging easier

* Try not to eat sharp food like crisps, there is a possibility purging could cause internal bleeding


Easy Purging Foods

* Ice cream

* Soup

* Cereal

* Custard

* Oatmeal


Difficult Purging Foods

* Spaghetti

* Crisps/chips

* Bread

* Popcorn


Before Purging

* Tie up your hair to avoid getting vomit in it

* Make sure there are no towels or anything around the toilet that you may get vomit on

* Take off hoodies and roll up long sleeves

* Lift up all toilet seats

* Take off bracelets

* Turn on the tap, hairdryer or shower to drown out the sound

* Try to purge when your parents are out

* Pee first, if you have pee in you whilst purging you'll wet yourself

* If you're purging in the shower, take out the plug so it doesn't get clogged or take in a bag and purge into it


Purging

* Aim for the side of the bowl, if it lands in the water it will make a splash.

* Be careful of splashback

* Purge in the same toilet, this will keep evidence to a minimum

* Try to purge in the bathroom farthest away from anyone in your family who might get suspicious

* If you're purging when your parents are out, make sure you know how long they will be

* If purging in public, try to do it in a toilet away from your friends



Clearing Evidence

* Wipe inside the bowl, outside the bowl and on the floor around it

* Put down one the toilet seats

* Clean your hands, arms and face with soap

* Check there's no vomit on your clothes

* Keep some cheap foundation in the bathroom and put it on to make your face appear normal

* Brush your teeth thoroughly, but not right after. 

* Chew gum or eat mints if available (this is useful in shopping centres)

* Always have a mint or gum with you for after purging in public

* Spray some air freshener or open a window

* Stay away from people for a while, the redness and smell should fade
