Custom Rules
1. Cut each bite Ito 4 pieces
2. Chew everything at least 10 times
3. Drink a glass of water before every meal after every meal and take sips in between bites
4. Use small plates
5. Eat no more than 1 cup of each food (or if you’re really good only 1 cup of food for each meal)

8. NEVER eat food on your bad food list
9. Never eat before 7am and after 8pm
10. Brush your teeth when you want to eat
